This year (2004) marks the 30th anniversary of the Dungeons & Dragons roleplaying game. In January of 1974, the first hand-assembled D&D sets were released in simple white boxes. By year end, the original release of 1,000 sets was sold out. The rest, as they say, is history. The year continues to be marked with numerous celebratory events, including parties at the major conventions, special releases, and other festivities. Look for our Epic Level Party at Gen Con Indy in Indianapolis, Indiana this August.
